Important Note: GramMonetize is a self-hosted software solution. This means you install and run the software on your own servers. We have no access to your data unless you explicitly share it with us for support purposes.

When you visit our website or purchase our software:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, Telegram username
- Payment Information: Processed securely by third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal)

- Communication Data: Emails, support tickets, Telegram messages
2.2 Software Usage Data (Self-Hosted)
When you install GramMonetize on your server:
- License Information: License key, activation status
- Anonymous Usage Statistics: Optional, anonymized data about feature usage (can be disabled)
- Error Reports: Crash reports and error logs for troubleshooting
Key Difference: Your subscriber data, payment information, Telegram user data, and business analytics remain on YOUR SERVERS ONLY. We do not have access to this data unless you explicitly send it to us for support.
2.3 Your Subscriber Data
When your subscribers use your GramMonetize instance:
- Telegram Data: Telegram user IDs, usernames, subscription status
- Payment Information: Processed directly by Stripe/PayPal on your accounts
- Subscription Data: Plan details, payment history, access logs
This data is stored on YOUR SERVERS and is governed by your own privacy policy that you should provide to your subscribers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:
- Provide and maintain our software and services
- Process your orders and manage your license
- Send you updates about new features, security patches, and important announcements
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
- Improve our software based on anonymous usage statistics

Self-Hosted Data: You control data retention for your GramMonetize instance. We recommend implementing your own data retention policy based on your legal requirements.
