Policy Exceptions
❗ DOUBLE-CHARGES OR PROCESSING ERRORS
The only potential exception to our no-refund policy is:
- If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase
- If there was a payment processing error by our payment providers
Important: To report such issues, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of the charge
- Provide transaction IDs for both charges
