1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using GramMonetize software, services, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our software or services.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "Licensee") and GramMonetize ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully before purchasing or using our software.
2. Definitions
"Software" refers to The GramMonetize self-hosted Telegram monetization platform, including all updates, patches, and related files.
"License" refers to The limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software as specified in these Terms.
"Customer Data" refers to All data, including subscriber information, payment records, and business analytics, that you collect and store using the Software on your servers.
"Updates" refers to Bug fixes, security patches, and minor feature improvements provided during your support period.
"Major Upgrades" refers to Significant new versions with substantial new features, which may require separate purchase.
3. License Grant
3.1 License Type
Upon purchase, GramMonetize grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and use one instance of the Software on a single server
- Use the Software for your own commercial or personal Telegram monetization activities
- Receive Updates and security patches during your active support period
- Access documentation and support as specified in your purchased plan
Standard License Features
3.2 License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Software
- Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Install multiple instances from a single license (additional licenses required)
- Use the Software to create a competing product or service
Note: Each license purchase allows installation on one production server. Development/staging environments may require separate licenses or use a temporary development license (contact support for details).
4. Payment and Fees
4.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The current price at the time of purchase will apply.
4.2 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before software download and activation
- We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal
- All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
- You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties applicable to your purchase
4.3 Support and Updates Period
Each purchase includes 12 months of support and updates from the purchase date. After this period:
- The Software will continue to function without interruption
- You will no longer receive Updates or security patches
- You will not have access to technical support
- You may renew support and updates for an additional fee
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Software, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, are and will remain the exclusive property of GramMonetize.
Ownership Clarification: You own 100% of your Customer Data. We own 100% of the Software code and intellectual property. This license grants you the right to use, not own, the Software.
5.1 Customer Data Ownership
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to all Customer Data. We claim no ownership rights over your Customer Data.
5.2 Feedback and Suggestions
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Software may be used by GramMonetize without any obligation or compensation to you.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 Self-Hosted Nature
GramMonetize is self-hosted software. This means:
- All Customer Data remains on your servers
- We do not have access to your Customer Data unless explicitly shared for support
- You are responsible for securing your server infrastructure
- You must comply with all applicable data protection laws for your subscribers' data
6.2 Your Responsibilities
As a self-hosted solution user, you are responsible for:
- Implementing appropriate security measures for your server
- Creating and maintaining your own privacy policy for subscribers
- Complying with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations
- Regularly backing up your Customer Data
Important: You are solely responsible for any data breaches, security incidents, or privacy violations that occur on your servers. GramMonetize is not liable for any issues arising from inadequate server security or configuration.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Software for any unlawful, prohibited, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:
- Spamming, phishing, or engaging in fraudulent activities
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Violating Telegram's Terms of Service
- Engaging in hate speech, harassment, or illegal content distribution
- Processing payments for illegal goods or services
7.1 Telegram Compliance
You must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and API usage policies. Any violation of Telegram's policies may result in termination of your Telegram bot access, for which GramMonetize is not responsible.
8. Support Services
8.1 Support Scope
During your active support period, we provide:
- Technical support for Software installation and configuration
- Bug fixes and troubleshooting
- Security updates and patches
- Documentation updates
8.2 Support Exclusions
Support does NOT include:
- Server administration or hosting support
- Custom development or feature requests
- Third-party integration support (Telegram, Stripe, PayPal)
- Support for modified or customized code
- Support for outdated Software versions
8.3 Support Channels
Official support is available only through:
- Email: support@grammonetize.com
- Response Time: We aim to respond within 24-48 business hours
Official Contact: The only official email for support and legal communications is support@grammonetize.com. Communications sent to other addresses may not be received or responded to.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, GRAMMONETIZE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GRAMMONETIZE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA
- STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY USING THE SOFTWARE
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GramMonetize and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Software
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Any content or data you submit, post, or transmit through the Software
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may stop using the Software at any time. Uninstalling the Software terminates your license.
12.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Illegal or unauthorized use of the Software
- Violation of third-party terms (Telegram, Stripe, PayPal)
12.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Software immediately ceases
- You must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software
- You remain liable for any payments due
- Sections relating to intellectual property, warranties, liability, and indemnification will survive
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
- Negotiation: Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations for 30 days
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties agree to mediation before pursuing litigation
- Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of United States
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Software after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Software.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated above.
