To grant admin privileges:
- Go to Members Management → Admin Management
- Enter the user's Telegram username or ID in the "Add New Admin" section
- Select the appropriate role (Super Admin, Moderator, or Support)
- Toggle on/off "Receive subscription notifications"
- Click Grant Admin Privileges
The user will receive a notification and their role will update immediately.

Yes, absolutely! When you apply filters to the member list, the export will only include members matching your current filter criteria.
For example:
- Filter by Active Subscribers → Export only active subscribers
- Filter by Referral Balance > $50 → Export only high-balance referrers
- Filter by Trial Not Converted → Export only trial users who never paid
This is perfect for targeted email campaigns, re-engagement offers, and segmented analysis.

There are two ways to view referral and withdrawal details:

Quick view from member list:
The "Balance" column shows available balance and pending withdrawals. Hover for details. -
Full view in member profile:
Click the button on any member row to open their detailed profile. The right column shows complete referral statistics and withdrawal history table.
You can also filter members by min/max referral balance to find your top earners.
Admins with notification privileges receive real-time alerts for:
- ✅ New subscription payments
- ❌ Failed recurring payments
- ↻ Subscription renewals
- ⏰ Expiring soon (3-day warning)
- 💰 Large withdrawal requests (>$100)
- 👤 New user registrations
- 📊 Daily summary reports

Notifications are sent via Telegram DM and can be configured per admin role.
